Data sovereignty

Choose where the work lives.
Know what can leave.

Bring your preferred hosting country, such as Switzerland or Germany, for an availability and requirements assessment. Custom deployment scoping starts with your data perimeter, operating requirements and security review. The published single-tenant offer remains conditional on completion of the readiness programme; no completed SOC 2 report or ISO/IEC 27001 certification is claimed. Infrastructure can be scoped for your servers or private cloud, with each external dependency considered explicitly.

A WORKING EXAMPLE

Know where the work lives.

A family office needs to understand who can access its records and which services process them. Start with a deployment map that includes the dependencies, not only a country on a server label.

Give your security team a concrete architecture to assess before information moves.

Illustrative workflow. Configuration and release availability are confirmed for the engagement.

THE CONTEXT STAYS WITH THE WORK

Your deployment boundary

Inside the agreed boundary
Application, document storage, keys, logs and backups, as specified in the design.
Connections to assess
Identity checks, screening, email, independent timestamps, notifications and any external AI.
Responsibilities to agree
Hosting jurisdiction, support access, updates, recovery, retention and exit.

Defence technology

A restricted project environment with permitted users, controlled document sharing and reviewed outbound services.

Sovereign funds

A deployment aligned with institutional residency, administrative access and oversight requirements.

Large corporations

A private-cloud or customer-server deployment aligned with internal identity, retention, backup and security operations.

A deployment is an operating model

Location is one decision.
Control is the whole design.

Agree the data location, administrator access, key custody, backups, updates, monitoring, disaster recovery and support responsibilities before deployment.

Storage & backupsLocations, retention and recovery ownership.
Keys & identityKey management, access and authentication.
External connectionsIdentity providers, email, timestamps, APIs and notifications.
OperationsPatch delivery, monitoring, support and incidents.
Private AI configuration

Keep assistance close
to the data it works on.

ExedroAI is planned around a self-hosted model runtime within the agreed environment, with external model services disabled where required. AI can draft a plan and surface missing information. People approve actions and make compliance decisions.

Local model execution alone does not make the whole system offline. Email, identity services, timestamping and mobile notifications can create external dependencies.

Any fully isolated configuration needs explicit design and testing. Explore the ExedroAI product preview ↗ A required independent timestamp must not silently become a local-clock substitute.

Custom deployment and isolated configurations are engagement-scoped. This concept does not assert that every deployment option is ready for immediate installation.
