FOR INVESTORS
Few investors could show, years later, exactly what they signed.
The subscription agreement sits in an inbox, the risk pages were read on an issuer's
portal, and the record of all of it lives on systems the investor does not control.
When the question arrives years later, a dispute, a tax query, an
estate, the investor holds neither the answer nor the file. Here an investor registers
at no cost or arrives by an issuer's invitation, verifies once, signs in minutes, and
everything shown and everything signed stays checkable afterwards, by the investor, with
free standard tools. Investor funds never touch the platform.
Launching soon: open registration and
the global deal feed are in build. Investors invited by an issuer are onboarding today.
How it works.
DISCOVER FREE Register and look
A free account shows every globally visible raise, filtered on neutral facts. No
ranking, no list of picks. The platform presents; the investor decides.
VERIFY ONCE One identity check, reused
One check (€19.99 incl. VAT, for private individuals), one time, no subscription,
carried across every deal entered. Where an issuer sent the invitation, the issuer's plan covers it.
Verification attests identity as at a date. It says nothing about any offering.
KEEP THE RECORD Sign in minutes. Show it years later.
Scan-to-approve signing, with no one-time codes by SMS or email for anyone to
intercept, and every signature timestamped by an independent authority, checkable
offline with free standard tools, long after the raise has closed.
WHAT IS RECORDED, FOR THE INVESTOR
The record protects the party who holds it. Here, the investor holds it too.
The deal that is questioned years later
A dispute, an audit, an inheritance, a divorce: sooner or later somebody asks what
the investor was shown before signing, and what exactly was signed. On Exedra Gate
the documents shown, the disclosures beside them and the signature itself are dated
entries, and the investor can confirm afterwards, with free standard tools, that they
are unchanged and existed at that moment.
The protections that are usually invisible
Jurisdiction gating, investor categorisation and the mandatory risk disclaimers are
enforced on the server rather than trusted to the interface, so a raise is shown only
where and to whom it may be. What the investor saw, and the notices that stood beside
it, are part of the record rather than a banner that disappeared on the next visit.
The raise that closes, and the record that does not
Raises end, platforms are left behind, and the vendor an issuer used five years ago
may not exist when the question comes. What the investor signed stays the investor's:
the signed documents and their independently timestamped receipts remain checkable on the investor's
own machine, with free standard tools, long after the raise has closed.
The platform presents. The investor decides.
Listings are published by issuers, who control their visibility. Exedra Gate does not
rank deals, does not recommend, and a listing is never an endorsement. Screening
and verification badges describe checks that were run as of a date, against limited
sources, never investment quality, and never a guarantee. Access
to a raise can depend on jurisdiction and investor category. Private investments are
high-risk and can lose their entire value.
Investor funds never touch Exedra Gate.
Exedra Gate is software infrastructure. It never holds, routes, or settles investor funds.
Funds move only between the parties and their licensed institutions.
What an investor pays, and what an investor never does.
Registration is free. Completing an issuer’s process costs the investor nothing, and
investors never pay a subscription. The one charge Exedra Gate may make is the single
identity check (€19.99 incl. VAT, for private individuals), where an investor
self-registers rather than being invited. It pays for the check, not for entry: Exedra
Gate never charges a fee to invest in a specific deal and never takes a cut of an
investment. Anyone asked to pay Exedra Gate to get into a deal is not dealing with
Exedra Gate.
ON BY DEFAULT Security nobody configures
Strong sign-in is on by default: an authenticator app as the second factor, and
device-bound passkeys for signing on the phone. The issuer sets up the raise; the
investor looks, verifies, and signs.
Questions go to the inviting issuer, or to
office@exedragate.com.
