Avalanche is blockchain infrastructure. Exedra Gate is application infrastructure for private, multi-party work and the associated records. These are different layers rather than interchangeable products.
| Question | Avalanche | Exedra Gate |
|---|---|---|
| What is coordinated? | Transactions and state on a blockchain, validated through the chosen network and consensus rules. | Participants, documents, reviews, communications and attributable workflow records. |
| What does the record establish? | What the network accepted under its protocol; not automatically the truth of off-chain documents. | Recorded actions and protected document versions, subject to capture coverage and verification. |
| Who sees the data? | Depends on the chain and configuration. Avalanche L1s can have different operating rules. | Permission-controlled project access, with deployment and external connections scoped separately. |
A possible future connection
An optional connector could anchor an aggregate digest without publishing raw project files or personal data. That could provide an additional checkpoint, but it would not replace identity checks, human review, signatures or the existing timestamp policy.
This is a roadmap exploration, not an active integration, partnership, token launch or financial-settlement service. Key management, metadata exposure, fees, availability and privacy require design and validation.
