One project, several companies, one record.

Exedra Gate is being extended for work that crosses company borders. A client opens a project, invites partner organisations whose people are verified, holds one version of every document in every language, routes signatures across the companies, and sees in one place what is still missing. This page describes what is in build. None of it is described as available, and no date is promised.

Exedra Gate holds no money, advises nobody, ranks nothing and matches nobody. It issues, holds, transfers and endorses no document of title.

WHAT A PROJECT WILL BE

The parts, and what each one records.

Participants. Partner organisations join a project and see that project only. Each person is identity-checked with a human reviewer attesting the level, and licences or certificates are recorded as facts with their expiry.
The document set. One version of record per document and per language; a translation is bound to the hash of its source; a superseded version stays readable and labelled. Every signature names the version it covers, so there is never a question of which version someone signed.
Acknowledgements and signatures. A notice, an instruction or a variation order is acknowledged on the record with reading time, by a person whose authority was declared. Signing routes run by role across companies; each handoff is chained and notified.
Milestones and clocks. Conditions with the evidence that satisfied them; contractual notice periods and permit deadlines as clocks that start from the recorded event; reminders before and after. A missed clock is a recorded fact and nothing else.
What is missing. One view per project and per party: which documents, acknowledgements, signatures, credentials and milestones are still open. Counts and states, never a score.
The pack. At close-out, one evidence pack over the whole project, signed and independently timestamped, verifiable years later with standard tools.

WHERE THE WORK CROSSES BORDERS

Five industries, and the part of the problem that is documents.

Construction and infrastructure

Under FIDIC 2017 a party loses its claim if it does not give notice within 28 days of the event. Decisions made on bad project data were estimated to cost the industry USD 88.69 billion in rework in 2020 (Autodesk and FMI, 2021). The project pack in build: the notice clock starts from the recorded event, and every variation order is acknowledged on the record.

Clinical trials

ICH E6(R3), in effect since 23 July 2025, sharpens a sponsor's accountability for the oversight of the organisations it delegates to. Inspectors have graded incomplete trial master files and a lack of sponsor oversight of an eTMF as critical findings (MHRA, GCP inspection metrics 2018-2019). In build: the sponsor, the CRO and the sites in one project, the agreement on a signing route, and oversight reviews as chained events. No clinical data is held.

Energy projects

Lenders reach financial close only when a conditions-precedent list, often several hundred documents, is complete. In build: that list as the readiness view, each item a hashed document with a date, and permit and grid deadlines on the calendar.

Aircraft and vessel transactions

A vessel closing needs a notarised and apostilled bill of sale, a deletion certificate and a new certificate of registry; one defective apostille can hold up delivery. In build: the closing checklist as the readiness view, each apostille checked against the e-Register and recorded as a fact before the closing call.

Trade and shipping

About four billion paper documents circulate in trade finance each year, around 30 originals and more than 200 copies per transaction (ICC Digital Standards Initiative). In build: the shipment file and its handoffs between organisations, on the record. Exedra Gate does not issue, hold, transfer or endorse a bill of lading, electronic or paper; an eBL is referenced by its platform and reference only.
